PT Projects provided the Quantity Surveying for three restaurants in this UK chain

PTP have completed three fit out schemes for complete restaurants within existing spaces in Milton Keynes, Lewes and Worthing, all in the UK.

The brief was to retaining opulence that Aqua has become known for, without appearing to be too high end for casual dining.Simple Simon Design achieved this and all three restaurants were successfully delivered to tight programmes and budgets. The delivery phase of the project was achieved in a 7-week programme.
